About Me
I grew up in Hove, attending Paringa Park Primary School, Brighton Primary School and Westminster School before completing an Honours degree in Drama at Flinders University. Those early experiences shaped my lifelong passion for the arts, creativity and the role culture plays in bringing communities together.
I have spent my working life advocating for others and improving working conditions, driven by a belief that everyone deserves fairness, opportunity and a strong voice.
Sport has also always been an important part of my life and community connection. Until recently, I played for the Westminster Old Scholars Soccer Club, where I valued the teamwork, resilience and friendships that come from local sport.
Since being elected in 2022 as the Member for Gibson, it has been an incredible privilege to represent our community by listening to local voices, experiences and ideas, and working hard to deliver outcomes that matter to local residents.
In April 2026, I was honoured to be sworn in as Assistant Minister for Arts. To me this a role that reflects both my professional background and my deep commitment to supporting South Australia’s vibrant arts and creative sectors. I believe the arts enrich our communities, create jobs, tell our stories and inspire future generations.
I am passionate about standing up for our local priorities and working every day to deliver a stronger, fairer future for the people of Gibson.
